Washing off the Mud: Alex Marshall on the Health Care Debate

Marshall, a senior fellow at the Regional Plan Association in New York, is the author of  The Surprising Design of Market Economies, coming out in September and available for preorder. He writes about urbanism, transportation and infrastructure for many periodicals and has published two previous books, How Cities Work: Suburbs, Sprawl and The Roads Not Taken and Beneath the Metropolis: The Secret Lives of Cities.
