Teresa Brice Sees a Glass Half Full in Phoenix

Decades of overbuilding, skyrocketing foreclosure rates, developer bankruptcies, and a welter of vacant homes and half-built subdivisions: to some this would spell doom for the city of Phoenix. Not so for Teresa Brice (LF 2006), Executive Director of the Phoenix office of the Local Initiatives Support Corporation.
