No Parking: Marc Norman on renewing the urban landscape

Marc Norman (current Loeb)  has been pondering the challenges of legacy cities and how the primacy of the automobile has worked against urban vibrancy. In a recent article in the Journal of Urban History, he offers suggestions to employ technology and entrepreneurial initiatives to restore the foundations for a better urban ecology.
