The 2014 GSD Community Service Fellows will be taking it to the streets this summer to challenge themselves and test their learning on design and planning projects with direct community impact. We're proud of the LOEBloggers who have won fellowships this year. Jen Saura (MLA ’15) will be supported by the Doebele Fellowship to work with Ramiro Almeida (LF ‘13) at his Quito Lab, exploring how technology and innovation can improve opportunities for residents of Ecuador. Blogger Margaret Scott (MUP ’15) will spend her 10-week summer internship at the HUD Office for International and Philanthropic Innovation in Washington, DC, where she will focus on research initiatives and white papers to be used by IPI and the Policy Development and Research Department.
