Kevin Cavenaugh Lifts the Dumbell

Guerrilla Development is Portland-based: a design, build, and management firm focused on new and adaptive reuse urban infill developments in areas that other developers often overlook. Cavenaugh believes their projects bring positive change to neighborhoods through social experiments disguised as buildings and by working with the existing community. Guerrilla doesn’t build anything they wouldn't work, live, eat or sleep in. The principal lives in one of his mixed-use projects, and project team works out of another mixed-use project. Cavenaugh is a locavore for Portland, and he’s content with changing the world, 3000 square feet at a time.
