Julio César Pérez Plans for the Future of Havana

During a visiting professorship at Notre Dame, Julio César Pérez (LF 2002) strengthened historic connections between the university and Havana and worked with students to analyze Havana’s challenges. His team of students and faculty developed signal projects for the city, including a museum of architecture. He published his thoughts about his work there in a 2-part article in Cuban Arts News.
