In Kunlé Adeyemi's vision for the future of Nigeria, the rising tide lifts all boats – and houses and schools and other buildings. His design for a floating school in Lagos, Nigeria, is a prototype that can serve for other buildings in the fragile slum of Makoko. Adeyemi was at Harvard a couple of months ago to present his project and images by Iwan Baan (FOF—Friend of the Loeb Fellowship) that show the school as a beacon in the community. You can see the photos in the New York Times as well.
