Loebs converged on the Ideas City Detroit conference (workshop, laboratory) last week, an event organized by the New School of NY to bring creative minds of architecture, landscape, design, and art to bear on the reinvention of Detroit. Maurice Cox (LF ’02) and Steve Lewis (LF ’07) were there of course; Theaster Gates (LF ’11) gave a keynote; and Loeblogger Cara Michell participated as a Studio Fellow. Chee Pearlman (LF ’11) brought her creative mind.
