Carol Gladstone (LF '91) took on a new role this spring as commissioner of the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance, an agency within the Massachusetts Executive Office of Administration and Finance. She’s responsible for integrated facilities management, major public building construction, real estate services and disposition of surplus real estate owned by the Commonwealth.
Gladstone’s more than 35 years of experience in the public and private realms have included real estate development and advisory services, project management and positions with the City of Chelsea and state government. Most recently she was a principal at Stantec Consulting. In addition, she is vice chair of the Massachusetts State College Building Authority, trustee of the Emerald Necklace Conservancy and board president of the Brookline Arts Center.
