Sarah is a second year Master in Urban Planning student at the Harvard Graduate School of Design. Her interests include developing community driven approaches to addressing urban spatial inequity; long-term affordable housing strategies, and centering nondominant populations in urban planning. Currently, she serves as copresident of Queers in Design at the GSD, and recently interned at Preservation of Affordable Housing in Chicago. Prior to graduate school, Sarah worked in direct legal services, advocating on behalf of public benefits recipients in NYC. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Wesleyan University.
