Antony Gormley –installation artist, sculptor, public artist - will be on hand to deliver the Margaret McCurry Lecture in Design Arts at the GSD on November 22.

Gormley’s work, which investigates the relationship of the human body to space, has garnered numerous awards, including the Turner Prize. His One and Other: 100 Days installation on the Fourth Plinth in Trafalgar Square caused an international sensation.
Organized by the Loeb Fellowship with creative direction by Helen Marriage (2013 LF) co-director of Artichoke Trust in the U.K., the McCurry Lecture will be introduced by Professor Toshiko Mori. The event is free and open to the public.
